1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Security and User Responsibilities

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Colluding with other Users, engaging in match-fixing, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software for personal gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void and confiscated.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location or to access the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions.
• Engaging in abusive behavior toward jos889 staff, customer support agents, or other Users, including harassment, threats, or discriminatory language.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes. Any User who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their Account permanently closed and may face legal action.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

7. Gaming Rules and Fairness

7.1 Game Integrity and Random Number Generation

8. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

The jos889 Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jos889 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. If you fail to withdraw your balance within 90 days of account closure, jos889 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for maintaining dormant funds. Closing your Account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure, including outstanding wagering requirements or investigations into suspected Terms violations.

10.2 jos889-Initiated Closure or Suspension

jos889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, compromised the integrity of the Platform, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Company or other Users. In such cases, we will provide written notice to your registered email address stating the reasons for closure.

If your Account is closed or suspended due to Terms violations, jos889 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. You will have the opportunity to dispute the closure by providing evidence supporting your case. Our decision following such review is final and binding.
